內在小孩 36 - 回歸

當安然接受生命的無常；當明白生命是川流不息，
也許能體會到，我們不曾逝去。

像雨點降到大海，是回歸。

放下對終結的恐懼，我們終於活著。

When we accept the impermanence of life, and understand that life is like a constantly flowing river, perhaps we can realize that we never truly disappear.

Just as raindrops fall into the ocean, we return.

By letting go of our fear of endings, we can finally live.
